1. Terms of Use
This website (hereinafter the “Website”) constitutes the official B2B electronic channel of GRAND ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΕΣ ΚΑΦΕΣΤΙΑΣΗΣ ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Α.Ε. (the “Company”), for the purpose of electronic order placement by the Company’s partners (the “Partner” or the “Partners”).
The use of the Website is governed by these Terms of Use, which the user explicitly accepts upon entering and using its services.
GRAND reserves the right, whenever it deems necessary and without prior notice, to modify, add to, or otherwise alter the content or services of the Website, as well as these Terms, announcing such changes via the Website itself.
Access and Use
The Website is intended exclusively for existing professional partners of the Company who have an active partnership agreement and access credentials issued by the Company.
GRAND grants a limited right to use its Website solely and exclusively for commercial purposes. The Website must be used exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not restrict the use of the Website by third parties. Every visitor is obliged to use the Website in accordance with the law, good morals, and these Terms, and not to engage in acts or omissions that may cause damage or malfunction.
Visitors are not permitted to register or create accounts independently.
Prices and Payments
All listed prices are excluding VAT and may be modified without notice.
Limitation of Liability
GRAND makes every effort to accurately display products, prices, and stock; however, it does not bear responsibility for their completeness or timeliness, technical or typographical errors, or temporary interruptions of operation.
GRAND shall not be liable for any claims, civil or criminal, or for any damages, direct or consequential, arising in any manner from the operation or use of the Website.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, and obviously GRAND is not responsible for the content of those pages or for any damage resulting from their use by the Partner-user.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (images, graphics, trademarks, etc.) constitutes intellectual property of GRAND and is protected under applicable law.
Without prior written consent from GRAND, any copying, reproduction, distribution, transmission, republishing, or misleading of the public regarding the actual provider of the Website is prohibited.
Applicable Law
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the operation of the Website shall be governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction for their resolution.
2. Returns / Cancellations Policy
Sales through the Website concern exclusively professional transactions (B2B).
Product returns are permitted only with the approval of GRAND and exclusively in cases of defective products or incorrect order execution.
Order cancellations are accepted only prior to commencement of execution.
GRAND reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavailability or credit restrictions.
In case a defect is found in any Product, the Partner must notify GRAND within thirty (30) days of receipt by sending an email to info@grand.gr. In such case, after communication with GRAND, the Partner is required to return the defective Product, along with all accompanying documents and invoices, and in its complete packaging, in order for the claimed defect to be verified. After the return of the Product, the defect reported by the Partner is checked, and the Partner is informed of the results of the verification. If the defect is confirmed, the Product is replaced or the amount paid is refunded.
In cases of accepted returns or cancellations, credit is applied through offset or refund to the Partner’s bank account.
3. Product Delivery Policy
All GRAND products are delivered to its facilities at THESI NISIZA KARELLA, 19441, KOROPI.
The Partner bears the responsibility and risk of transportation.
GRAND does not provide delivery or transportation services.
Execution times depend on product availability and internal warehouse flow.
GRAND shall not be responsible for delays due to force majeure or transport companies.

GRAND ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΕΣ ΚΑΦΕΣΤΙΑΣΗΣ ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Α.Ε., with registered office at Thesi Nisiza Karella, 19441 Koropi, VAT No. 998860893, operates in the field of commerce of coffee-related products.
Products
The Company offers a wide range of products that fully meet the needs of professionals and consumers in the coffee sector, including:
-All types of coffee (espresso, filter, Greek, specialty blends)
-Chocolate, tea, and cocoa beverages
-Syrups, flavorings, and supplementary products for beverage preparation
-Coffee consumables (cups, lids, stirrers, sugar, etc.)
-Coffee machines, grinders, spare parts, and related barista equipment
Services (excluding online platforms)
As part of its commercial partnerships, the Company may provide professionals with:
-Technical support and maintenance of professional coffee equipment
-Training seminars and tasting sessions
-Consulting services for proper beverage preparation and management
These services are not the subject of online sales and are provided only within the framework of commercial cooperation.
The Company does not provide third-party mediation services, does not offer subscription products, and fully complies with applicable trade and food safety legislation.
5. Payment Methods / Transaction Security
All financial transactions are carried out through EveryPay, a payment institution certified by the Bank of Greece (Decision No. 280/3/23-7-2018, Government Gazette B 3010/25-7-2018), which securely handles card payment transaction data according to the regulatory framework of card transaction security management. EveryPay is certified according to the standard for card transaction security management (PCI DSS) and is subject to periodic audits by a specialized consulting company. All services of EveryPay are conducted through secure 256-bit SSL connections. EveryPay also supports the use of the 3D Secure service, an additional safety layer for VISA & MasterCard cards. The payer must then enter their personal secret code to successfully complete the transaction.
GRAND commits to the security of data collected regarding the Website’s users, having adopted procedures that protect personal data sent or provided in any manner to the e-shop. These procedures safeguard user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction.
6. Limitation of Transaction Liability
GRAND is liable for the existence of actual defects and the lack of agreed properties of Products, according to the provisions of Articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code.
GRAND bears no liability (contractual, extra-contractual, or otherwise) for any consequential, special, incidental, or indirect damage or loss, including lost profits, arising from the sale of Products under the aforementioned conditions.
GRAND is not responsible for the poor condition or quality of delivered Products if this is not due to negligent storage by GRAND and if all preventive measures required of GRAND were taken. Furthermore, all information provided regarding the ingredients, composition, and characteristics of Products is based solely on official manufacturer websites.
In good faith, GRAND is not responsible or bound by electronic data entries made in error or oversight (for example, regarding listed prices, availability, photos, Product types, etc.) and reserves the right to correct such entries at any time upon detection.
